Don't you have like an open-air or farmers market where you can buy also fruit and vegetables? In summer I like to usually go there and buy fruits and vegetables from there. As they are much fresher and I can support local farmers etc. 😊

There is a lighter version of the cottage cheese you got in the shop. And that jam is full of calories and sugar. There are jams with natural fruit sugars in but cost a little more ❤

Your skin is a reflection of what’s going on, on the inside…. Jaw line acne is typically a sign of a hormone imbalance, the cause of the imbalance could be a number of things. I have had much success with a Naturopath over a doctor for getting to the bottom of these types of things, get a general blood screen and hormone test done. Also, concentrating on your gut health and getting a food allergy/ intolerance test would be of benefit too. Good luck 😊

Hi Zoe , I have previously been prescribed lymecycline for my skin . I used it for 3 months and my skin cleared up completely I had it all over my cheeks and my forehead and it cleared up loads. I now rarely have a Break out I get the odd spot or two at once but the main thing I focus on now is scarring so it definitely worked for me x

I said to you Zoe that your skin had nothing to do with creams or what you’re eating. There are many, too many, old wives tales going around. It’s your own body’s sensitivity to your hormones that causes hormonal acne. That’s why only medication from inside can help. The antibiotic is doing a great job. After the wedding and when you’re settled, go on to Accutane and wean yourself off the antibiotic while you’re on the Accutane. That will help tighten up the pores. Antibiotics are fab at healing skin, but won’t help much when you stop. The accutane will help with that xxx

My acne hasn’t come back since being off lymecycline. I stayed on it for 5 months after the actual acne had cleared to help clear any small blemishes and keep inflammation down whilst my scaring faded. It’s definitely worth seeing it through to the end.

I was on lymecycline 5/6 years ago and my acne went away when I stopped it came back a little bit but nowhere near as bad. I went on it a second time. And I am happy with my skin now . ❤
